2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district or, if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Lanbena Technologies may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of alleged infringement or an agent of such person.
4. Your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringers
Lanbena Technologies will terminate user accounts that are subject to repeat notices of copyright infringement in appropriate circumstances. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had infringing content removed from our website more than twice.
Modifications
Lanbena Technologies reserves the right to modify this Copyright Policy at any time. We will notify our users of any changes by posting the updated policy on our website. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
